These overlays are defined by Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR Part 77), OAR 660<span style="font-family:"Cambria Math",serif;">‑</span>013, and OAR 738<span style="font-family:"Cambria Math",serif;">‑</span>070, and apply to the Primary, Approach, Transitional, Horizontal, and Conical surface zones surrounding airport runways.
